BTW, you can read the whole thing here:

    I know I’m about to…

Ok. Just finished reading the entire thing and wish to congratulate Stuart for his remarkably cogent thesis which manages to cover most of the basics (without appearing too partisan) and propose a scholarly theoretical basis for understanding these phenomenon. Being a Dawkins fan made the aplication of meme theory in comparative anthropology and PsyWar all the more plausible. The text successfully illustrates the problem and argues convincingly for a pressing paradigm shift within the Western Intelligence comunity as well as the general public.

The thesis uses many sources which I’m already familar with (Gutman and Schleifer, for example) but it was my first encounter with many others that I shall undoubtebly follow up on soon. I believe this should be required reading for many decision makers as well as laymen like me and therefore needs to be published as a book for wider circulation.

If indeed designed to be published, I would love to see a few more chapters and further elaboration on some of the key issues raised here.
